Dell has been working so hard, grindin’ and on that mission. I like his latest collab with Trouble & Bass DJ/Producer AC Slater. This was a good team up.

Right now sounds like a good time. It’s catchy and easy to repeat. I’ve played it over about 5 times now. I like Dell as a rapper. He comes through clearly and effortlessly. I see Right Now as music that will be highly receptive to audiences. It’s much more mature than some of Dell’s earlier work. I always get excited to see an ATL homie doing big things poppin.

A fun video too… I wonder what agency that was in the beginning. The ice cream truck scene later in the video is pretty funny. It’s cool seeing AC and Dell roming around in different scenes.

We attended a new speaker series offered by the Galapagos curators called “Get Smart”: http://galapagosartspace.com. All the speakers were great, but the highlight for me was a final performance by an eclectic group of musicians called THE SWEETNESS. I was completely mesmerized by their sound.
